Refund policy

Returns

Full price items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your original order. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase. Please make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging, in order for us to process a refund. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.

Please note: Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless they are defective or faulty.

Upon receipt of items our customer team will send you a confirmation email. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt and the card originally used will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus any delivery charges. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
Please note that we do not offer a free returns service at the moment.

Faulty Items

If you receive an order and deem it faulty, please email our customer service team at hello@anotherchapterjewellery.com including pictures of the faulty item(s) before making any returns. Delivery charges for return will be reimbursed upon review and approval.

Faulty items must be returned for inspection before proceessing a refund/replacement.

Exchanges

If you want a different item that is sold under a different product code, or the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items/packages which do not reach us so we recommend that you use a trackable service.
